When you hire us, you own the final delivered assets we build specifically for you, subject to any third-party licenses (fonts, stock images, hosting platforms, plugins, or AI tools) disclosed in your statement of work. We retain the right to show anonymized or credited excerpts in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
Our sample sites are fictional demonstrations built to show design range and technical quality. They are not real businesses, and any names, addresses, phone numbers, prices, or reviews shown on them are staged for demonstration only.
We build sites that are structured to compete well in search and AI answers, and we follow current best practices for local SEO, AEO, and GEO. Search engines and AI platforms control their own algorithms and results. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, revenue, or placement in any search engine or AI answer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hollister Websites is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, our sample sites, or any information on them. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
