How it works

Kickoff to launch, without the mystery.

Four stages, real week counts, and one person you can call the whole way through. Here's exactly what happens after you say go.

The four stages

Every project runs the same way.

01

Kickoff

A free 30-minute call — or a visit to your counter if you're in the county. We map goals, competitors, and the customers you want walking in. You leave knowing what it costs.

02

Local research

We find the searches your competitors are ignoring — Hollister, San Juan Bautista, Tres Pinos, Aromas, Paicines, and the corridors locals name out loud — and turn them into a copy and schema plan.

03

Design & build

Editorial design, original copy, and hand-written code in tight review loops. You see it early and often. Simple Sites in about a week; Custom and Smart in 4 to 6.

04

Launch & refine

We ship it live and hand over the code. Then we watch what's actually converting and keep tightening it — monthly, for Lease and Care Plan clients.

Process questions

Timelines, revisions, and payment.

How long does a website take to build?

A Simple Site is about a week from kickoff. Custom Sites and Smart Sites run 4 to 6 weeks. The biggest variable is how fast photos, content, and approvals come back from you.

What happens at kickoff?

A free 30-minute call — or a visit to your counter if you're in San Benito County. We map goals, competitors, and the customers you want walking in, and you leave knowing what it costs.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Simple Sites include one revision round. Custom and Smart Sites are built in review loops, so you see work early and often rather than waiting for a big reveal.

Do I have to come to an office in Hollister?

No. We're remote-first, so most work happens over video and email. We'll come to you anywhere in San Benito County for kickoffs, photography, or Smart Site scoping.

What slows a project down?

Missing photos, no logo file, unclear service lists, and slow approvals. The checklist at /what-we-need covers everything up front so nothing stalls mid-build.

When do I pay?

Owned builds are split between a deposit at kickoff and the balance at launch. Leased builds start with the down payment at kickoff and begin monthly billing at launch.

What happens after launch?

You get the code and the keys. Lease and Care Plan clients get ongoing monthly work — we watch what's converting and keep tightening it.
