Reasons to walk in on a Saturday.

All free, all walk-in, all during normal hours. An events page that actually changes is also the cheapest way to keep a small site freshly crawled.

Events FAQ

Signups, timing, and partnering with us.

Are reservations required for your downtown community events?

No registration is needed. All of our gatherings, including the holiday open house, pantry tastings, and Meet-the-Maker Saturdays, are free walk-in events for everyone in the Hollister area.

When is Meet-the-Maker Saturday?

The first Saturday of every month from 10am to 1pm, with one local maker set up at the front table selling and talking about the work.

What happens during the downtown stroll?

The third Thursday of each month the block stays open until 8pm. We pour something warm and run a small in-store discount for the evening only.

Can I bring my children to your store events and markets?

Absolutely. All our events are family-oriented; our tastings always include non-alcoholic options and our spring market features a popular seedling table that kids from all over the county enjoy.

Can my organization partner on an event?

Local non-profits and schools can propose a fundraiser night through the visit page. We've run wrap nights and percentage-back evenings for county groups.

How do I hear about upcoming events?

The events page is the source of truth and updates before anything else. There's also a short monthly email that goes out the week before each Meet-the-Maker Saturday.

Is the store closed to the public during special event hours?

Never. We host all events during our standard shopping hours, making event days a fantastic time for neighbors from Highway 25 to come in and browse our latest arrivals.
