Example Family Farm sits on ground that's been cultivated for decades, minutes from downtown Hollister and in full view of the hills that define this valley.
Cover crops, compost, and crop rotation keep the soil healthy, which is the whole reason the produce tastes like it does. What's on the stand was usually in the ground that morning.

When is your Hollister farm stand open to the public?
Our stand near San Benito Street is open Tuesday through Friday from 2pm to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. We remain closed Sunday and Monday to focus on harvesting and packing our San Benito County CSA shares.
What produce is currently available at your Hollister farm stand?
Our San Benito County harvest currently includes heirloom tomatoes, summer squash, sweet peppers, leafy greens, and fresh herbs. Strawberries return to our Highway 156-area fields in late spring. Availability shifts with the weather, so call ahead if you are driving out for a specific item.
Do you accept SNAP/EBT for CSA shares or at the farm stand?
Yes. We accept cash, credit, debit, Venmo, and SNAP/EBT at our stand near San Juan Bautista. For local families in the Tres Pinos and Aromas area, we also accept EBT for CSA shares when payments are made on a weekly basis.
Do I need to pre-order before visiting the farm?
No. Our farm stand is a walk-up experience—just visit during open hours and select the best of the day's harvest. Pre-ordering is only necessary for wholesale cases or large canning orders for our neighbors in the Hollister area.
Is your San Benito County farm family-friendly for kids?
Absolutely. Our stand is stroller-friendly, and during the season we host strawberry and tomato u-pick events perfect for children. School groups from Hollister and San Juan Bautista are welcome to book tours by appointment.
Do you deliver in San Benito County?
We deliver wholesale orders to restaurants, schools, and grocers in Hollister, San Juan Bautista, Tres Pinos, Aromas, and Paicines. CSA shares are pickup only at the farm stand.
