Parts & warranty

How parts and coverage actually work.

Parts sourced same week

Common failures for the brands above ride on the truck. Anything else comes from a Bay Area distributor, usually in 2 to 4 business days, and we call you with the part cost before ordering.

Warranty on labor and parts

Ninety days on labor, and the manufacturer term on any part we install — typically 1 year. If the same failure comes back inside that window, the return visit costs nothing.

What we don't take on

Commercial kitchen line equipment, wine cellars under warranty with a sealed manufacturer contract, and appliances older than roughly 20 years where parts are discontinued. We'll say so on the phone instead of charging a trip fee to tell you in person.

Brands FAQ

Parts, warranty, and the honest limits.

What specific brands of appliances do you service for homeowners in Aromas?

Our team covers GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Bosch, Amana, Kenmore, Electrolux, and Speed Queen throughout the Aromas area. If you own a different brand, just let us know—we can often source parts and perform repairs for less common manufacturers as well.

Do you use OEM parts or aftermarket?

OEM whenever it's available at a sane price. Where an aftermarket part is genuinely equivalent and saves you real money, we'll offer both and let you choose.

How long do special-order parts take?

Two to 4 business days from our Bay Area distributor. You approve the part cost before we order, and dispatch calls you when it lands rather than making you check in.

Can you perform repairs on an appliance that is still covered by a manufacturer's warranty?

We are happy to do the work, but it might void your eligibility for free coverage through the brand. We suggest checking your original paperwork first; if the warranty is currently active, the manufacturer usually requires you to use their specific authorized technician to keep the service free of charge.

Do you service built-in and panel-ready refrigerators?

Yes. Built-ins get pulled and reset on floor-protection panels, and cabinet panels come off and go back with the same screws and alignment they started with.

Are there any specific types of appliances you do not service in San Benito County?

We do not work on commercial-grade kitchen equipment or residential units that are 20 years or older where parts are no longer manufactured. We prefer to tell you this over the phone rather than charging a trip fee to deliver the news in person.

Does your Hollister shop sell new or used appliances?

No. Our focus is 100% on repair. This ensures we never have a reason to upsell you on a new machine when your current one still has several years of life left.
