What each one involved.

Ceramic full tint on a daily driver

$389
Hollister · 35% ceramic, all sides and rear · 2.5 hours
The problem
A black sedan parked outside all day on Airline Highway, hitting 140°F on the dash.
What we did
35% ceramic on the sides and rear, plus a clear ceramic windshield to cut the heat coming through the biggest piece of glass.
The result
Interior temperature after a workday dropped roughly 25 degrees.

Three-truck fleet, matched shades

$720 for three
Tres Pinos · 20% carbon, fleet pricing · One day
The problem
A ranch fleet with mismatched aftermarket film, half of it purple and peeling.
What we did
Old film steamed off all three trucks, then a matched 20% carbon install on each.
The result
One invoice, one day of downtime, and three trucks that look like a set.

West-facing living room

$1,480
San Juan Bautista · Solar control film, 9 windows · One day
The problem
An afternoon glare problem that made the front room unusable from three o'clock on.
What we did
Spectrally selective solar film on nine windows — heat and glare rejected while the view stayed clear.
The result
The room holds about 8 degrees cooler and the hardwood stopped fading.

Downtown storefront privacy

$960
Hollister · Frosted privacy band, anti-graffiti · One evening
The problem
A street-facing office that needed privacy without going dark or losing daylight.
What we did
A frosted band at seated eye level plus a clear anti-graffiti layer on the lower glass.
The result
Privacy during the day, and scratched glass now costs a film swap, not a pane.

Security film after a break-in

$1,150
Aromas · 8-mil security film, 4 openings · Half day
The problem
A rural property that lost a slider to a smash-and-grab.
What we did
8-mil security film on four vulnerable openings, anchored into the frames.
The result
Glass still breaks, but it holds in the frame instead of opening a door.

Purple film removal and redo

$465
Hollister · Removal plus 30% ceramic · 4 hours
The problem
Ten-year-old dyed film gone purple and bubbling, with adhesive baked onto the glass.
What we did
Steam removal on every window, full adhesive cleanup, then a fresh 30% ceramic install.
The result
Clean glass, factory-looking edges, and a warranty that carries with the car.
Results FAQ

Heat, fading, and night visibility.

Are these real prices?

They're representative sample prices for San Benito County work in this demo. A real shop's site would show its own recent jobs, and the number attached to each one is what builds trust before anyone calls.

How much heat does window film actually block during a Hollister summer?

A high-quality ceramic film rejects 50% to 80% of infrared heat depending on the shade. For example, a sedan parked in a local lot for a full workday can see interior temperature drops of about 25 degrees with our professional installation.

Will tint make my car too dark to see out at night?

A 35% film is comfortable at night for most drivers, 20% is noticeably darker, and 5% limo is difficult on unlit county roads. We'll show you samples on your own glass before cutting anything.

Does home film make rooms dark?

Not necessarily. Spectrally selective films reject heat and UV while staying nearly clear, so the view stays and the glare goes. Privacy films are the ones that change how a room looks.

Will window film protect my home's interior from fading in the Aromas sun?

It blocks 99% of UV rays, which are the primary cause of fading in furniture, flooring, and artwork. While heat and visible light also play a role, our film significantly slows down the fading process to preserve your interior longer.

Can film be removed later?

Yes, and cleanly. Steam removal takes old film and adhesive off without damaging glass or defroster grids, which matters when a lease car goes back.

What is the best way to clean my new tint after an install in Hollister?

Use any ammonia-free cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth. Since ammonia can break down film adhesives over time, you should avoid using standard blue household glass cleaners on the interior side of the treated glass.
