New patient exam & first adjustment

$89
About 60 minutes

A full history, orthopedic and neurological testing, posture and range-of-motion screening, and — when it's appropriate that day — your first adjustment. You leave knowing what's wrong and roughly how long it takes to fix.

  • Written findings and a visit-count estimate, not an open-ended plan
  • X-ray referral only when the exam actually calls for it
  • Same-day treatment when the exam clears it
  • Honest referral out if chiropractic isn't the right answer

Chiropractic adjustment

$65 per visit
15 — 20 minutes

Hands-on spinal and extremity adjusting to restore joint motion and take pressure off irritated nerves. Low-force instrument adjusting is available if you'd rather not be twisted.

  • Manual, drop-table, and instrument-assisted options
  • Extremities too — shoulders, hips, knees, wrists
  • Early morning slots before a 7am shift
  • Package pricing for multi-visit plans

Soft tissue & massage therapy

$85 / 45 min
30 or 45 minutes

Trigger-point work, myofascial release, and cupping for the muscles that keep pulling a joint back out of place. Often the reason an adjustment finally holds.

  • Licensed massage therapist on staff
  • Bundled with an adjustment at a reduced rate
  • Cupping and instrument-assisted scraping available
  • Focused on the pattern, not a spa hour

Corrective exercise & rehab

Included in care plans
10 — 15 min per visit

Two or three exercises at a time, taught in the office and filmed on your own phone so you actually do them. This is what keeps you from coming back every month for the same problem.

  • Short home programs, not twenty-move handouts
  • Video recorded on your phone before you leave
  • Progressed as your range and strength change
  • Workstation and truck-seat setup advice

Auto accident & work injury care

Billed to the claim
Seen within 48 hours

Whiplash and back injuries after a collision on Highway 25 or 156, and workers' comp injuries from warehouse, ag, and construction work. We handle the documentation the claim requires.

  • Personal injury and workers' comp documentation
  • Coordinated with your attorney or adjuster
  • Objective range-of-motion tracking across the claim
  • Lien-based billing available on personal injury cases

Prenatal & athlete care

$65 per visit
20 — 30 minutes

Webster-technique prenatal adjusting for pelvic and low-back pain during pregnancy, plus performance and recovery work for high school and adult athletes.

  • Pregnancy pillow table setup at every stage
  • Postpartum recovery and carrying-posture work
  • Sports physicals coordinated with your physician
  • Return-to-play guidance after a soft tissue injury
Treatment questions

First visits, X-rays, low-force adjusting, and rehab.

What should I expect during my first chiropractic visit in Hollister?

Your initial 1-hour session includes a health history, orthopedic and neurological testing, and a posture screening. Following a discussion of our findings, and if the exam permits, you will receive a same-day adjustment and 2 specific exercises to begin your recovery at home.

Do you require X-rays for every new patient?

Only if the exam calls for it—trauma, red flags, suspected structural issues, or an unclear picture. We refer to a local Hollister imaging center rather than selling in-house films by default to ensure you get the most accurate diagnostics.

What is instrument or low-force adjusting?

A handheld instrument delivers a precise, gentle impulse to a joint with no twisting and no popping sound. It's what we use for nervous patients, osteoporosis, older adults, and some pediatric cases.

Is therapeutic massage available at your clinic?

Yes, we have a licensed massage therapist on staff providing 30 and 45-minute sessions. These are discounted when bundled with an adjustment, allowing us to address the specific muscle patterns driving your joint dysfunction here in our Hollister facility.

What kind of home exercises will I be given?

2 or 3 moves at a time, a few minutes a day, filmed on your own phone in our office so you remember how they go. Long handouts don't get done by our busy Tres Pinos neighbors, and we stopped pretending otherwise.

Do you treat joints like shoulders, hips, and knees?

Yes. We provide extremity adjusting and soft tissue work for rotator cuff irritation, hip impingement, runner's knee, plantar fasciitis, and wrist problems for those working repetitive jobs throughout the Aromas and Paicines area.

Do you offer prenatal chiropractic for moms in the Hollister area?

We utilize the Webster technique for prenatal adjusting, which is a safe way to manage pelvic and low back pain throughout every trimester. Our specialized tables accommodate your growing belly, and we are happy to coordinate care with your local OB-GYN or midwife in San Benito County.
