How can I book an appointment at your San Benito Street office?
You can call our office directly or use the request form on this website. We confirm all requests via phone or text within the same business day, and we generally find space for new patients from Aromas or Paicines within 48 hours.
What should I wear to my appointment in downtown Hollister?
Comfortable clothes you can move in—athletic wear is ideal. Avoid stiff jeans and belts with large buckles; however, gowns are available if you are coming straight from your workplace near San Benito Street.
How long is the first appointment?
About an hour for exam, findings, and first treatment. Follow-up visits run 15 to 20 minutes, or 45 when massage therapy is included.
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any relevant imaging reports. For those coming in after a collision on Highway 25, please also bring your auto insurance claim number and the contact information for your claims adjuster.
Do you offer early morning or Saturday appointments?
Our first appointment is 7am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and Saturday mornings run 8am to noon. Those are the slots that fill first for our San Benito County patients, so book ahead when you can.
What is your cancellation policy for local patients?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations via phone or text to avoid charges. A $30 fee is applied to repeated same-day cancellations, as those time slots are often needed by other Hollister residents who are in acute pain.
Is parking available downtown?
Free two-hour street parking on San Benito Street plus a public lot half a block away. The suite is on the ground floor with step-free access.
