Yes. Our secure drop-off box near the shop entrance is accessible starting at 6am. Just leave your keys and a brief note; we will contact you to confirm the service plan before any work begins.
Do you offer a shuttle or loaner?
Free shuttle inside Hollister city limits. For longer jobs we can usually arrange something for the outlying towns, but ask when you book so we can plan the day around it.
What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, all major cards, and shop financing on repairs over $500. We'll talk about payment before the work starts, not after.
How quickly do you respond to service requests?
We aim to respond within 1 business day. If you are experiencing an urgent mechanical issue while driving near Highway 156, we recommend calling us directly so our counter staff can assist you immediately.

We are open from 8am to 2pm on Saturdays. These slots tend to fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early in the week to secure a weekend appointment at our Hollister location.
